Wonderful villa accommodation set in approx. 2.5 hectares of land in the Silves region of Portugal. 50% of the land comprises established orange groves and the property benefits from glorious south facing views, overlooking a fertile valley.

There are three villas on the estate which is situated to the east of the town of Silves on the way to Algoz. The owner lives in one of the villas and the remaining two properties are available all year round for holiday rentals.
There are two properties to let: one fully self-contained semi-detached villa adjoining the owner’s villa and one detached property.
The first, a newly-restored semi-detached villa, has been converted from a typical Potuguese cottage and comprises:

Location: Close to the village of Poco Barreto, 5 minutes drive from the medieval Moorish town of Silves. 20 minutes (10km) from the sea and wonderful beaches.
Transport links: Bus to Silves and Albufeira at the bottom of the road and within easy reach of the railway which carries a regular train service from Tunes to Lagos. Nearest train station 2 kilometres away at Alcantarilha. Faro airport 40 minutes by road. Collection and return to Faro airport can be arranged for a reasonable charge.
Shopping: Supermarkets at Silves, bars, cafe and shop in Poco Barreto.
